Comprehensive assessment & advanced manual techniques are used to restore structural balance in the body's joints, tissues, and fluids. This results in improved circulation and neurological communication throughout the body and therefore improves function.
Osteopathic treatment can result in tremendous relief of musculoskeletal symptoms as well as improved function of organs and other bodily systems.
No part of the body can be treated or considered in isolation.

If your insurance company is not listed and DOES offer coverage for osteopathy you will need to submit your receipt manually.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is the assessment and treatment of the body's musculoskeletal system with a focus on soft tissue. The intention is the treatment and prevention of musculoskeletal dysfunction, trauma, and/or pain by means of manipulation, mobilization, and other manual methods like fire cupping to develop, maintain, or rehabilitate physical function and encourage strength and adaptability.

I am a direct osteopathic manual practitioner and registered massage therapist with special interest in autonomic nervous system regulation, deep fascia work, and bioenergetics.

I first trained in oil anointing, reflexology, and energy work before receiving my diploma of massage therapy from MacEwan University. Soon after, I began my studies in osteopathy with EOM Canada. I also have further education in hospice care supporting those at the end of life and their caregivers. To me, the most important work is being able to walk along side, encourage, and empower people as they move through life.

I utilize Therapeutic Massage, Cranial manipulation, Visceral manipulation, Grade IV joint mobilizations, Tui Na, Fire Cupping, Hydrotherapy, Sound Healing, Energy Healing, and Aromatherapy within my practice.

I have had the honour of working with incredible practitioners like General Physicians, TCMD/Acupuncturists, Naturopaths, Intuitives, Osteopaths, Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, and Nucca Chiropractors in incredible places all over the province like the world renowned Relais & Chateaux Post Hotel and Spa in Lake Louise.
